We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Bartender to join our team.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for mixology and customer service, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the bar
• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner.
• Mix drinks and serve food according to customer requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Check identification of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
• Ensure that all customers are served responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
• Keep track of inventory and restock as needed.
• Answer customer questions about menu items, drinks, and specials.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with POS systems,
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Previous bartending experience
- Familiarity with basic math for handling cash transactions
- Experience in banquet or catering settings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales skills to upsell and promote products
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 3 years bartending experience

Job Type: Part-time
